Who we are. This website is run by Family OS, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. You can reach us at hello@familyos-app.com.

What we collect here. Very little. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address — that's the only thing you actively give us. Like most websites, the site also processes some basic technical information (such as your browser type and roughly how the site is used) to work properly and stay secure.

What we use your email for. To tell you when Family OS launches, and to send occasional updates about the app before and after launch. That's it. We won't sell your email, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything unrelated to Family OS.

Your choice, always. You join the waitlist only if you choose to, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes one click and we won't email you again.

Who helps us.Squarespace hosts this website. They process data only on our instructions, under contracts that require them to protect it. Squarespace is a US company; where data is transferred outside the EEA, it's protected by the European Commission's approved safeguards.

How long we keep it. We keep your email until you unsubscribe, or until we close the waitlist and it's no longer needed. Then it's deleted.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you can withdraw your consent at any time (the unsubscribe link is the easiest way). Contact us at hello@familyos-app.com. If you're unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in Denmark, that's Datatilsynet.

Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies that are necessary for it to function. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time via the banner settings.
